While most Halloween books thrill us with spooky tales of witches, black cats, and things that go bump in the night, “All Hallows’ Eve” reveals a fantastic world seen through the eyes of a young girl and her dog one Halloween night.
Awakened by the feeling that “all was not right,” our heroine boldly lets her curiosity lead her to a supernatural spectacle that builds to an unexpected and heartwarming climax.

About Us
Bill Rozar, author -- lives in upstate New York with his wife, Julie. When he is not writing or designing data warehouses to pay the bills, he is most likely composing music, making art, or cooking. After living in Brooklyn for most of the last thirty years, he has fully embraced the gentle rhythms and easy solitude of country living.
Jourdan Astier, illustrator -- originally from California but now lives in Massachusetts. He is the founder of Noctra 7 Media, providing creative services for media, marketing and events. Jourdan's work is inspired by his love for animation and the esoteric. He is currently focused on creating bold colorful work showcasing his childhood obsessions, his interest in history, and the unknown -- all with his unique sense of humor.
